Privacy, terms of use and cookies for the Mountire Machinery & Components website. The sections below apply to your use of this site and any quotes, drawings or enquiries you submit through it.
Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mountire Machinery & Components (“Mountire”, “we”, “us”) handles information you provide when you visit this website or submit drawings, specifications or a request for quote.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and quote the work described in your drawings:
Contact details you submit, such as name, company, email and phone number.
Project information you share, such as drawings, specifications, materials, tolerances and quantities.
Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device or browser type.
How we use it
To review your drawings, prepare quotes and communicate about an order.
To manage production, inspection and delivery records for parts we build to your print.
To improve the website and respond to questions you raise with us.
Sharing with manufacturing partners
Mountire works make-to-order across a manufacturing network. Where it is necessary to fulfil your order, drawings and specifications may be shared with partners involved in that work. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep project and contact records for as long as needed to support an order and meet our legal obligations, then remove them. We apply reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, use the contact page.
Terms and conditions
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry or request for quote you submit through it. They do not replace the commercial terms of any purchase order or supply agreement, which are agreed separately in writing.
Use of this website
The site and its content are provided for general information about Mountire's make-to-order capabilities.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Quotes & orders

Your drawings & intellectual property
You retain ownership of the drawings, specifications and intellectual property you submit. You grant us permission to use them only to quote and manufacture your parts. Mountire retains rights to its own processes, know-how and the content of this website.
Confidentiality
We treat your drawings and project information as confidential and share them only with manufacturing partners as needed to fulfil your order.
Liability
Information on this website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The liability, warranty and indemnity terms that apply to manufactured parts are set out in the relevant supply agreement.
